I am a certified Theta Healer and consider myself as a channel between different energetic layers. My work is deeply intuitive and I trust that whatever comes up during our time togehter is ready to be transformed. Each session is individual , however, there are some pillars that come up often:

Yoga Teaching & Therapy
I am a Yoga Alliance certified, 500 Hr YTT Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
As much as I am enjoying teaching to Groups of people, I love to offer 1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions. ​

The 1:1 Sessions include all the different tools of Yoga to support you best in your journey.
My scope of Practice includes:
​Guided meditations
​Trauma informed body work (dancing, walking meditations, Asanas)
​Individual Asana flows to support your process towards your setted goal
​Chanting mantras & experiencing the power of the voice
Journaling practices and exercises
Restorative practices on and off the mat (Yin Yoga, Lectures)
